How to wire a WYZE camera outdoors and also waterproof outdoor housing with indoor AC/DC 12v USB

In this video, we show you how to easily wire up an Wyze camera outdoors. The Wyze camera is designed for indoor use, but with the right products, it can be used outdoors. this lasted through an Northeast winter and winds. The Wyze camera uses a micro USB cable for power, it is near impossible to find a long enough cable to run to the camera, and even then, you need to figure out which wires inside the USB cable can be powered or extended. With this solution, you buy a 12v CAR DC adapter (+ and – wires) with an USB end (which plugs into the camera) and simply run 2 wires, which can be labeled and sorted later to a + and – to an AC to DC adapter indoors. You can use any wire to run, speaker wire, etc, any type of paired stranded wire.

We show you how to wire a C-Wire at the Air Handler for EcoBee Thermostat. We also wire a Nest thermostat without the C Wire. We had extra wires in the prerun, so we just connected one of the extra wires at the Air Handler to a C-Wire. We believe this is much better to leave the original installation type correct without using any adapter packs.
